1. ಪ್ರವೇಶ ಪತ್ರವು ದ್ವಿಪ್ರತಿಯುಳ್ಳದ್ದಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ, ಒಂದು ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯ ಪ್ರತಿ, ಮತ್ತೊಂದು ಕೆಇಎ ಪ್ರತಿ, ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ನಿಗದಿತ ಎರಡೂ ಸ್ಥಳಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅವನ / ಅವಳ ಇತ್ತೀಚಿನ ಬಣ್ಣದ ಪಾಸ್‌ಪೋರ್ಟ್ ಗಾತ್ರದ ಭಾವಚಿತ್ರ ಲಗತ್ತಿಸಿ, ಭಾವಚಿತ್ರದ ಮೇಲೆ ಗೆಜೆಟೆಡ್ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಯ ಮೊಹರು ಮತ್ತು ಸಹಿ ಪಡೆಯಬೇಕು.
